    If there were negative stars I would give them.  I rented a GPS device that was supposed to provide details and notable points of interest along the Hana Hwy.     It was worthless.   When I explained to the people at the store on return there comment was "You must have done something wrong.  You should have called."   Calling would have been a great option if I had cell service and the number of the store but since I had neither that doesn't work.   In summary:  They rented me a device.  The device didn't work.
