  We had an incredible time with these folks. Super friendly and helpful at check-in, the front desk lady answered questions and got us ready. Our main leader Justin was awesome as well getting all set up. The ride up to the mountains was pretty wild, but a lot of fun. We did the six zip line tour and all of them were awesome. Beautiful views of the coast and the mountains and countryside. Our second guide Kyle was also great, super friendly helpful and they both made sure that everybody had a great time, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend and do it again!!

  As a business owner, I know how important reviews are. I’m glad we chose Kapalua Ziplines. What an amazing experience! The booking process was easy. They called the day before to confirm. The check-in staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They had lockers to store our belongings. Our guides were unbelievable - Jared, Dillon and Uncle George - what a crew - Personable, funny, engaging and informative. The zip lines were well maintained and very safe - the harnesses were the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. They took pictures and videos throughout the tour so we could just enjoy the time and the stunning views. My 14 year old so and I had a blast and would recommend this company to experienced people or beginners. 5-star for sure!

  Such an exhilarating and fun experience! Staff was incredible, especially our guides Danny and Kyle, they took great care of us! Danny was so personable and entertaining ~ We appreciated their attention to safety details, we felt at ease and entertained. We had a very fun group and Danny was so interactive, we can tell he loves what he does there! We loved his music! Thank you Danny and Kyle! Front desk staff was amazing as well, sorry I don’t remember their names. We hope to see you on our next trip to Kapalua Zip Lines! Mahalo! ❤️

  10,000% recommend! Amazing experience! Rylan and James were our guides and absolutely killed it. It was our first experience zip lining, we laughed, we felt super safe, and the footage of each course James captured was incredible! They gave great recommendations around the island. Insane memories all around, best way to spend my birthday!!

  We had an absolutely amazing time at Kapalua Zip lines. We did the 6 lines course. Even for those who might feel a bit nervous, our team reassured us throughout the experience and made us feel safe. They also made sure we had a fantastic time. Our guides were Jared, Joe, Kyle, and our driver was Keegan. They were hilarious and engaging. The views along the course are stunning. They also take photos and videos for purchase so you can cherish your memories later. If you're looking to experience zip lining in Hawaii, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Jared, Joe, and Kyle. And don't forget to laugh at their jokes! Thanks guys for the trip highlight and having fun with us.
