  Highly recommended. The Hawaiian Odyssey flight today with Eddy the pilot was a fantastic experience and well worth the money. We decided on Mavericks as other company’s have 240lb weight limit before extra charges apply. The views of the cliffs and waterfalls can only be seen by air. The whole experience with Maverick’s was first class and highly recommend. The islands are just beautiful and amazing.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the Hana rainforest on Maui, what a glorious experience! Our pilot Tone was fantastic, he gave us great insights, was informative about the area and was an all around pleasant guy! We did the trip with the landing, which I recommend to any and all travelers…
  A few years ago we did the Grand Canyon trip with landing out of Vegas…. Just spectacular views!! These trips have been the highlight of our travels. If you’re able to, do this!

  First and foremost our pilot Jake was absolutely amazing to fly with. This was our first helicopter ride and now will definitely not be our last because of how great it was. We were flown over the beautiful uninhabited parts of Maui, the views were spectacular, pictures can never do it justice. We were given the privilege of landing on the company’s private property and take in all of its hidden beauty. Upon landing Chief pilot Jake shared some great local places to eat, Thank you! Big Shout out to Felix on his last flight, we were so honored to be there for that.

  Awesome ride and views! Being in aviation, I checked out Maverick Helicopters before getting on board with my wife, they have a great safety record. That said, pilot Nick Taylor gave a great tour when we landed in the only parcel in the rain forest owned by a non Hawaii local. Nick showed us around, picked some apple bananas, lilikoi and other local fruits, and cut them for us to try. During the flight he maneuvered his bird so both sides can get incredible views of the many waterfalls on the road to Hana. Worth the price!

  Ultimate birthday trip! Seriously, this experience was next-level. We did the Hana Rainforest Tour and I knew we were in for a treat when we hadn’t even reached the shoreline yet. This was my boyfriend & I’s first helicopter ride, but it will certainly not be the last. I honestly can’t tell which one was better- how safe we felt with our pilot, Nick, how absolutely breathtaking the views from above were (especially those Hana waterfalls), or the private nature reserve that just looks and smells like a rainforest should (unspoiled). We did a champagne toast, had some local fruit 😍, and made some memories that’ll be cherished forever. Whether you’re solo, coupled up, or a family, you can’t go wrong with booking this experience.
