We had an absolute blast of a time here. The entire staff was friendly and energetic from get go till the end. They made us feel safe and secure by setting our harnesses up for us and any help we needed along the line. The zip lines are awesome, super safe, you’re hooked in the whole time even on the decks between lines. Sweet T (Trev) and Morgan took care of us and we’re super cool the entire time. They made our two young kids feel safe and lightened their fears with lots of dad jokes. By the second line the kids were relaxed and fear free! Such an awesome time!! We recommend to anyone. They even hooked us up with knowledge on where to eat after. Our pictures are priceless as well. Thank you again Crew! 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Mahalo!

Team was mostly fun and welcoming. We had a 9:00am appointment and got bumped to 9:30 because we were "late". (We arrived at 8:47 am). For the 9:30 run they were bringing people in until just after 9:30, so this bump seemed more out of their convenience to accommodate someone else at 9 am. Safety was a good focus, and the crew reinforced it often. Runs looked pretty fun and my teenage kids enjoyed it.

Not the "zip through a jungle" experience we were expecting, but still very fun. The staff was so fun and we loved learning more about Hawaiian culture from Kai.
It was great to have time to learn about Camp Maui, the WWII army base where North Shore is now located, before we zipped. It was a bit rainy and they even pulled out a bunch of rain jackets for us to use.

A perfect experience to end our trip to Maui! It was sunny and drizzly, which created a beautiful rainbow. We had a fantastic team of guides who were both patient and humorous. We would definitely do it again!

The tour guides were very helpful and engaged. Our tour guide even pointed out some interesting information regarding the forest and plant life.
The lines are fun. My daughters absolutely loved it, especially the longest, tallest line.
