Amy Broadwater · October 03, 2024There are so many different excursions you can do on Maui - make this one a non-negotiable. I did the Road to Hana tour with Travis as my guide and had a great time. Having a local, experienced driver made the day the best it could be. Absolutely better than driving it myself! The tour stops at the must-see places and the driver was considerate of the timing, so some of the stops we had all to ourselves (beat the rush). We had a hot lunch of Huli Huli chicken that was phenomenal. He also shared stores of the Hawaiian culture and history and the day flew by. This is worth your time and money on your Maui vacation!!

Ruta Deshpande · September 13, 2024We did the Haleakala sunrise tour with Valley Isle Excursion, and it was an incredible experience. Our driver and guide were amazing, and the trip was very well planned from start to finish. Witnessing the sunrise at Haleakala was breathtaking, and Valley Isle Excursion made it even more special. We really appreciated the focus on safety, the wealth of information about Hawaii and Hawaiian culture, and the cozy blankets (it gets really cold up there!). To top it all off, the breakfast at Maui Plantation after the sunrise was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend this tour

Lisa · May 24, 2024We booked with Valley Isle Excursions after watching a YouTube video with Travis as the guide. We requested Travis and he definitely did not disappoint. Having grown up in Hana, he made everyone comfortable with his knowledge of the area, history, and especially his experience driving the Road to Hana! He kept everyone involved and entertained the entire trip. I thought it was going to be too long, but it was an amazing experience that we enjoyed every minute of. Thank you so much Travis and Valley Isle Excursions for making our stop in Maui an awesome memory we will cherish for a lifetime.

Janie Canty-Mitchell · August 06, 2024I visited Maui for one week. I had the pleasure of going on a group tour, the Road to Hana, with our intelligent,
entertaining, and extraordinary tour guide, Charleston. He drove us safely over 56 one-way bridges and 661 curves on the Road to Hana. Because of his degree in agriculture, he educated the group on the varieties of plants, flowers, and trees as well as their origins. We witnessed beautiful waterfalls, stopped at several State parks, visited black sand beaches, and stopped for a delicious lunch. The benefits for me were relaxing, meeting new people, experiencing nature, and stilling myself from the hectic pace of life. It was a cultural and spiritual journey. . -
K H H · September 15, 2024Wonderful all-day tour, and the best way to do the Road to Hana. It's still a challenging tour, over 5 miles of walking. Our driver was great, informative about fauna and flora, with lots of stops for photos, souvenirs and bathrooms.
