We had an excellent time. This a very low key. The staff/crew are completely attentive and accommodating. You can go your own speed and do as you like. We saw wildlife and locations we would not have seen otherwise, and the food and drink at then end was great. Great for really all ages. We will do this again on our next visit.

My husband and I had an incredible time snorkeling with Kai Kanani. The locations they brought us to were excellent, and the crew was super helpful and pointed out tons of cool stuff to see. They even helped us find the giant sea turtles! The whole experience felt very customized to our group and what was going on in the water that day. We made a couple of detours to check out the humpback whales in the area as well as other wildlife, and it really enhanced our trip. The excursion includes snacks and lunch, and the food was honestly way better than I was expecting. The service they provided on the boat was really what made me want to leave a review; they were all so kind and so attentive to our needs, whether it was food-related, questions about snorkeling, or just information about the island. There was also a brief, yet thorough instructional portion for people who were less experienced with snorkeling, so I would recommend them to any level of swimmer. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

We had a terrific time on our sunrise snorkeling excursion. Arriving early at the reef meant virtually private waters for our group and the morning breakfast treats and beautiful views made the early hour tolerable. Calm waters let us snorkel the inside and backside of the crater for an amazing array of fish and coral and contrasting ecosystems in each. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided full service of our meals. We enjoyed cinnamon rolls, fresh pineapple, coffee, tea, parfaits, eggs, sausage, and home fries. Would highly recommend this tour!

The Captain was great and the staff so professional and personable that if I wasn't already booked for a dinner reservation, I'd take their Sunset Cruise that same night. Also,
the woman crew members were warm and courteous and would put Airline Stewards to shame in EVERY RESPECT (Not kidding here).

The male staff crew were no less professional. One in particular made me a Long Island Iced Tea even though it wasn't usually made in their full bar. It was just as magnificent as everything else on the excursion.

They helped us in the water when snorkeling, and were there every step of the way.

Top shelf company that provides an experience to last a lifetime. You won't forget your trip, nor the women serving meals and helping with instruction and equipment.

One word of caution: the metal bar they tell you to duck under when boarding is to also be avoided when leaving. Even knowing it was there, many in my party bonked their heads big-time getting off the vessel. REMEMBER TO DUCK LEAVING THE VESSEL.

I already miss everyone in that crew.
    They're great.

We had a pretty good trip with Kai Kanani Sailing. It wasn't as luxury as we had the impression that it would be. However the staff was incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable.

Unfortunately we are still in a pandemic and while they made the rules know for mask wearing they weren't strongly enforced in our van ride to and from.

The food was decent, about what you'd expect for a snorkeling trip.

As far as what you actually see I felt slightly underwhelmed. If you are looking for bright colors and large fish then the FL Keys are probably a better option. However the staff was super knowledgeable and made sure to point out interesting fish and animals.

We did see sea turtles, not a lot but we absolutely saw them! We also saw a monk seal, which was so incredible.

I saw way too many people who didn't follow the reef safe sunscreen rule, I wish there was a better way for them to enforced this.

Overall it was great, but not exactly what we expected.
